What is a DVD Queue and How Many Titles Should I List?
A DVD Queue, or Wish List as it is sometimes called, is simply the list of movies that you would like to rent. By circulating the inventory we have available in stock, we are able to keep our prices very competitive and offer more gay DVD choices. For example, if 100 customers want the same title and we've got 20 copies of it, we can get that movie out to all of the people requesting it on a rolling basis - if the first movie in a queue is temporarily out of stock, we just send the next available movie. Therefore, to help us provide you with the best gay DVD rental service possible, please fill your queue. We have a very simple scoring system to help you with this process - just add movies to your queue until your score is above the minimum amount. If you keep your queue fresh, you should never have a delay in service due to out of stock movies. Top

How Do I Add DVDs to my Queue?
To add gay DVDs to your rental queue, just log in with your username and password, then search the website for a movie you might want to rent. StudFilms features powerful search functionality, so find what you like and click the rent button. The title will be added to your list and your queue score will be updated. We highly recommend keeping your queue score above the suggested minumum for best service. To delete or reorganize your movies, click the manage my queue link inside the queue pane on any page of the site. Top

How Many Movies Can I Rent Each Month?
When you sign up with StudFilms, you'll be on an unlimited rental plan. This means we ship your gay DVD selections the same day we receive your returns and we do not currently place any artificial limits on the total DVDs you can rent. Realistically, with turn around time through standard first class mail, you can expect to watch about 6-8 movies on the 2 DVD plan and about 18-24 DVDs on the 6 DVD plan each month. This depends on how long you keep your selections and how often you make returns. All we ask is that you watch the movies before returning them to keep our shipping costs reasonable and our monthly dues as low as they are. If you tend to view a lot of porn, then the 6 DVD plan would be ideal, as you can hold on to multiple DVDs while the others are in transit, for a virtually unlimited supply of porn DVDs. How Long Can I Keep my Rentals? No Late Fees??
When you become a StudFilms club member, there are never any late fees for the entire duration of your membership and we pay the shipping both ways. Your monthly dues allow you to hold on to your selections for as long as you choose. If you ever decide to cancel your club membership, just be sure to return your movies within 10 days of cancellation. If you do not return them within 10 days of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge you the full retail price of any DVDs we haven't received. So please, if you quit just drop the movies in the mail the same day so that we can say goodbye on great terms. Top

Why Didn't I Get My Top Choice?
We do our best to send your gay movies in roughly the order listed in your gay rental queue. We also ship out the same afternoon we receive your returns. However, due to the popular demand of some titles, you may get some selections from lower in your list than expected. It's therefore very important to list a decent number of titles and add fresh selections whenever you make returns. To simplify this process, we have a scoring system - just add DVDs until your queue score is above the threshold. Top
